The only information we collect on this site is what you choose to send through our contact form:

• Your phone number (optional)
• What you are trying to improve
• Your preferred timeline

We do not run advertising trackers, build profiles on visitors, or buy data about you from third parties.

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, follow up about working together, and keep notes on the conversation so we are not asking you the same questions twice. We do not sell or rent your information.

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and the date above.

We do not share your information with third parties except for the everyday service providers we use to operate the business, such as email and calendar tools, and only as needed to follow up with you. If we are ever required to disclose information by law, we will do so only to the extent required.

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to follow up or maintain the business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
